What I eat for Dinner

Michael has been working nights over the summer and so I often cook and eat alone. Thats all about to change as we go back to uni on monday, and he will be dropping back to two shifts a week. I cant wait : )
Homemade chunky chips with crumbed calamari, and Louise’s homegrown tomato sauce.
Corn fritters with sour cream, sweet chilli sauce and salad, an innovative way of eating your carbs.

Secret Spinning Swap 2

Finally another post.
Life has been busy with moving, working, getting ready to go back to uni and getting a dog!
Unknown fleece from my parents farm, spun into a thick/thin slubby yarn. Looks cleaner than it is- spun straight from the sheeps back.
Heading off overseas to my secret pal, with some yummy chocolate biscuits inside.
